Slouching Toward Direct Contact: A Whimper, Not A Bang

While The World Sleeps: New Realities Emerge
The world deeply slumbers on through the dark rift of night, in nightmares of warfare, in hermetically sealed dreams of escape, entangled in the fantasies of daily life that float like a soap bubble on a summer day, whilst the abstraction of tasks eats the minutes from the clock before the second hand can anticipate the next tick before tock...lulling in it's robotic mundane assurance that when we routinely awake as the sun arises, the world is still as it was when we first closed our eyes, perhaps the time approaches, where this may be the exception to the rule, and our concerns will instantaneously shed their skin of abstractions and find themselves in an immediate situation which demands our attention, this is the new world that is emerging in the silence, in the cusp of sleep, a world of comparatively small and larger chaotic cross purposes and mixed messages...disconnections....odd coming and goings...rumours...against a background of tone deaf demagoguery of posturing in the Pavlovian carnival,...... of disconnected catch phrases hardening against the fluidity of recognition like the clay in a hearth that is about to crack..revealing nothing more than empty space...as TS Elliot wrote..."dust in the air suspended marks the place a story ended..."
The instinctual approach heard in the privacy of one's mind, ruminating on the situation of direct contact stealthily approaches like a thief in the night...there are the faint echoes, whispers heard as akin to parables that lazily stir the dust and bones, in the deserted corridors of conscience in a geopolitical sense..not some calculated posture nor popular equation nor intellectual abstraction...yes, we know.. the landowner returns, the stewartship's use of resources is evaluated, and a general accounting with subsequent remedial action is undertaken....the socio-political cartography is upended...who was first is last and who is last is first....in this redesign of ....the management of shared resources..... which is the name of this game of responsibility, the 500 pound elephant in the room. The hour is getting later and later...This is not a game without stakes, without consequences...this is not a variant of victorian table rapping...what seems unreal will become real and what is considered real will become unreal, drop by drop, event by event....wearing away the makeup, the facade, the synthetic tranquility..yes perhaps its time to restate some of the arch absurd theories this blog has suggested.....as a balm for your viewing pleasure. The Last Redoubt Theory:
U.S Intelligence Services have:
1. Used psychological operations which have planted the critical assumption that they are in a position of covert, managerial control of the ufo situation by planted evidential materials to promote conspiracy theories to that effect.The point of the exercise is threefold A. To buy time. B. To neutralise the threat of independent research by conversion of private research directed at the phenomenon to a socio-political movement directed toward the intelligence agencies themselves. C. Misdirect attention from Naval Intelligence to Air Force facilities, Area 51 being the prime axis. This strategy has been counter indicated by intentional overflights positioning themselves over this area. This is intended as a direct signal of intent, which has been mistaken by those who have bought the fallacy of the Last Redoubt, that these are test flights by government UFOs. The foundational basis of this theory is based upon 1. Materials have been collected, and have failed to yield a significant breakthrough in A. Exploiting these materials B. Understanding the intent of the Craft's occupants C. Developing a coherent policy toward this phenomenon. Buying time is the operating key characteristic.
The Demiugic Theory
This theory posits that the sentient beings who operate ufo's derive from a culture wherein scientific and religious are 1. One and the same 2. Have created a branch of application of 1. to protect and observe the growth of sentient creation from A. an ecological basis B. an observational basis c. a routine probing,testing and evaluation of the state of these processes. Their culture is highly organised and as a result, it is 1. scientifically theocratic 2. Has one key individual who governs each planet 3. has various counsels that by type, suggest, ratify and report conditions 4. regularly patrol and observe areas of development.
The Induction Theory
This theory posits that alien "abductions" are 1. psychological and physiological sampling probes that A. evaluate the loss of individual control of a situation B. evaluate the reaction to being potentially driven to activities that are foreign in nature to the subjects experience. C. Are intentionally designed for ambiguity due to A,B. The "grey" creatures are ploys, designed to exploit the testing regimen, and are not the managers, or creators of the experiment itself. The reason for this appears to be the creation of a potential cadre of fifty individuals who will assist in the necessary processes of direct contact.
The Convergance Theory
This theory posits that rather than random chance as seen in the laboratory with the bell curve created in the calculated roll of dice, there are feedback loops connected to emergent results and that sightings, probes, etc are 1. not random 2 are not accidental 3. follow a pattern. The main crux is the random nature of the sampling in observation of the phenomenon. Essentially, this is a strategy, a tactic and a "battleplan" if you will, although not as an aggressive act or intent. The overall "order of battle" is based on a entirely predictable set of enfolded events.
1. The enviromental crisis will worsen. 2. Energy resources will diminish. 3. Water will become as important as oil. 4. Warfare, conflict over resources will increase due to 1,2,3. This in turn is reciprocally met by an inability of government to A. avoid cross purposes b. manage planning and execution of either a situation of crisis or an unfolding situation c. an increasingly disconnected and powerless position of authority. This will result in: 1. increased lack of confidence in leadership. 2. lack of credibility in assurances. 4. Aims, goals and targeted results by governmental authorities are increasingly unmet causing an exponential growth in 1,2. The main distinction is that this is a global not regional situation, which will predictably worsen until 1. it will become known beyond any doubt, that government cannot provide either guidance and support. 2.government action will actually worsen the problems, specifically due to item 1.

Timing is Everything
All of this sets the stage for direct contact. We will be at an extremely vulnerable position globally. This planetary crisis will allow an outside party to offer, not exert assistance. We will not be in any position to refuse. In other words we will be governed and our affairs managed by others. Not a shot will be fired. To paraphrase what TS Elliott observed in this, it wont end with a bang, but a whimper....the old axiom is true.....timing is everything.....
